Pricing ranges from $95,000 to $250,000 USD and with Virgin
Galactic's SpaceShipOne,
from Scaled Composites,
having proven its sub-orbital capabilities in October 2004, it seems that the chances of Virgin Galactic is very probable to become FAA certified and operational to the public within the next few years. Irregardless of who achieves this challenge, Xtraordinary Adventures will bring its selected space participants into this arena to become a part of space history.
What is offered is a chance to be on a sub-orbital space flight plus the opportunity
to meet others with similar passion from around the world, while cruising on
the 5 star luxury yacht Sea
Dream,
along with several NASA
Hall of Fame Astronauts,
who will randomly select in front of everyone, the passengers and alternates
for the future flight of a lifetime. In addition, all registered participants
shall be brought to the Kennedy
Space Center for a variety of special events including a chartered Zero-G
flight, receive a special flight suit along with photos and a DVD of their
experience. Also, all participants will receive a special 2-day space experience
training at NASTAR in Southhampton,
Pa where NASA has
trained several Astronauts and a membership
